- Service Agreement: By engaging our private car service, you (referred to as "the client") agree to the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company (referred to as "the service provider").
- Service Description: Our private car service offers transportation in a well-maintained and comfortable vehicle, driven by a professional and licensed chauffeur. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial purposes within the territory of Hong Kong.
- Booking and Payment:
a. Reservations: Clients are required to make reservations in advance, providing accurate details of the pick-up and drop-off locations, desired date and time, and any additional requirements.
b. Confirmation: Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the service provider. Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
c. Cancellation: Any cancellations or changes to a reservation should be communicated within a reasonable time frame. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
d. Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fare, including any additional charges or fees, as stated in the booking confirmation. Payment can be made in cash or through the accepted payment methods specified by the service provider.
- Client Responsibilities:
a. Punctuality: The client is responsible for being ready for pick-up at the designated time. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.
b. Passenger Count: The client should inform the service provider of the total number of passengers to ensure appropriate vehicle allocation.
c. Conduct: The client and their accompanying passengers are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully during the journey. Any misconduct or damage to the vehicle may result in additional charges and termination of the service.
- Liability and Insurance:
a. Safety: The service provider will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and comfort of the client during the journey.
b. Loss or Damage: The client is responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The service provider shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
c. Indemnity: The client agrees to indemnify and hold the service provider harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the client's use of the private car service.
- Force Majeure: The service provider shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or failures to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or traffic disruptions.
- Privacy: The service provider will handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. The client's personal information will only be used for the purpose of providing the private car service.
- Amendments and Termination: The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The client may terminate the service by providing reasonable notice to the service provider.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
